Each service call will include 30 minutes of driving time to and from job site for a total of 1 man hours. Plus any additional driving time to purchase materials necessary for the completion of the project

Any work that might require a licensed electrician or plumber is not included in this package. For such work, a separate written proposal will be provided to the owner and work will proceed upon their approval.

Material fees will be billed to the owners as a separate line item based on the scope of work provided

This package’s 1 year term begins the day payment is rendered

If the repairs exceed the amount of time remaining in the package, we will provide the owner with a change order and proceed with their approval

Any unused hours can be added on toward the purchase of a new package for the following year
